Exchange & Return Policy

 

Return conditions

To prepare your package for shipment, it must meet the following conditions before it is sent out

• Original condition

• Undamaged & Unchanged

• All items, including the accessories must be complete. For missing items (eyeglass boxes, cases & cloths) will be deducted 4€ each from the refund.

 

Exchange process for another model

If you prefer a different model, go with the procedure for return as described above. Once the merchandise has been inspected by us, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs. After that, simply place a new order to receive your new glasses.
